My most recent exhibition explored my earliest years. I visited the hospital where I was born, an 18th century cottage that was my first home, the council house where I lived from the age of three and my primary school. In all these places I dug clay from the gardens, fields and rivers where I played and I also collected found objects. The results ranged from cobweb collectors to groups of river pots with stones inset, along with a very large nail varnish pot modeled on a 1952 bottle that was my earliest memory and hospital pots with flint and glass faceting.
